• All services are final. We uphold a strict No-Refund Policy.
• We encourage clients to communicate openly throughout their service to ensure they’re happy with the style as it progresses. Once a service is 70% complete or beyond, no further modifications can be made, and the service will be considered finalized.
• Service durations are estimated and may vary based on hair length, volume, and style complexity. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize quality over speed.
• While we use professional-grade products, the salon is not responsible for allergic reactions. Clients are required to disclose any sensitivities or allergies at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if this policy is not followed.
• No-call, no-show appointments will result in restrictions on future bookings.
• We pride ourselves on maintaining an elegant, respectful, and professional atmosphere. We kindly ask all clients to extend courtesy to our staff and fellow guests.
